SMSTS, stands for Site Management Safety Training Scheme, is a five day training program and certification course for the Site Managers in construction industries and have responsibilities to manage health and safety on construction sites.

This course is mainly for the UK construction industry and comes under the control of Construction Industry Training Board (CITB). In the SMSTS course you will learn about risk assessment, behavioural safety, health and safety acts, management of occupational health, and working at height.
